Clarinetist Charles Neidich opens his 2026–27 concert season on Wednesday, September 23 at The Morgan Library & Museum in New York as part of Tarot Magic in Music, a program created by composer Victoria Bond in conjunction with the Morgan’s exhibition Tarot! Renaissance Symbols, Modern Visions.
Neidich joins flutist Carol Wincenc, violinist Kurt Nikkanen, cellist Mihai Marica, pianist Mohamed Shams, and Victoria Bond for a program exploring themes of magic, symbolism, and musical imagination through works by Bizet, Ravel, Katherine Hoover, Béla Bartók, and Bond.
The performance takes place at 7:00 PM in Gilder Lehrman Hall.
