Trio Confero is pleased to announce that cellist Emil Olejnik has joined the ensemble beginning with the 2026–27 season. An award‑winning Polish musician based in New York, Emil recently completed his Master’s degree at The Juilliard School, where he also earned his Bachelor’s degree. A prize winner of more than twenty national and international competitions, he has appeared as soloist with orchestras in Europe and performed at leading chamber music festivals in the United States and abroad.

Emil brings a thoughtful, imaginative musical voice to Trio Confero, along with a deep commitment to chamber music collaboration. The ensemble looks forward to an exciting season ahead as they continue their exploration of the clarinet–cello–piano repertoire.
